Click the big blue “Get Started” button at the top of the page and send us a message with a quick intro of who you are and how we can help. We will reply to you as soon as possible with answers to your questions and will also send you an online questionnaire to complete.
We will read your questionnaire and get in touch to arrange a free, no obligation call for a chat about how we can help you.
If we both agree that we will be a good fit for each other, we will agree a plan of action together that targets achieving your specific goals. Then we will book in your check-in calls including your initial online live video assessment where we will look at your strengths and weaknesses.
The information collected in the questionnaire, consultation and assessment will be used to write a bespoke and agreed training programme. A personalised nutrition guide will also be provided, as well as detailed instructional videos for each exercise on your programme.
You will have access to an easy to use app to access all of the materials that you will need to help you to reach your goals, plus additional support outside of coaching sessions if you need it.
Once you start on your Coaching journey, you will become part of the Strong For Life community, where you will have online access via our Private Facebook Group to other friendly, but hard-working professional people who are all working towards achieving their health and fitness goals.
We will continually review your progress and will make adjustments as necessary in order to ensure that you are continuing to make progress towards (and beyond) your goals.

I went to see Sam at Strong For Life, as my goal was to learn more about Weightlifting, and how to improve my technique in the Snatch.
I had also never performed a Clean or Jerk, and wanted to learn how to perform these lifts correctly and safely also.
At 6ft 4in and 89kg, Sam advised that I focus on building strength and muscle, alongside developing my lifting technique.
Only a couple of sessions into face-to-face coaching sessions with Sam, he was forced to close his gym due to the lockdown. However, he kindly let me borrow a bar and a full set of plates which has allowed me to train from home, albeit with limited space.
Sam quickly adapted my programme and nutrition, and constantly checks in with my progress and advises me online. As a result, not only has my technique improved, but I am bigger and stronger than I’ve ever been!
